We have been busy, busy, busy! The weather has been so pleasant... well, until the cold front and rain blew in yesterday, that is... Griffin has been taking full advantage of the "Spring-like" temperatures and loving every minute of this time of year!
My New Friend Courtney
Saturday night we went to Vinny and MJ's house for dinner and Griffin met their little girl, Courtney, for the first time. Courtney is just one month younger than Griffin. They hit it off right away! He had so much fun playing with her and kept hugging and KISSING Courtney right on the lips even! Oh boy!!! They were two peas in a pod together, so much fun! We look forward to doing it again!
Griffin was checking out the many remotes, while Courtney was dancing to the fun 80's music
(typical boy/girl doings I should say...)
On Monday, we went to Katie's house and Meggan, another friend of mine from high school, came over with her little boy, Hudson. Griffin and Hudson had fun playing with all the toys. They were shaking these green beads together while McKenna and Jace (Katie's little ones) napped away...
(typical boy/girl doings I should say...)
Playdate at McKenna and Jace's
Dallas Arboretum
On Tuesday, we headed out to the Dallas Arboretum and met Denise and Dylan, Dena and Hudson and Aurora and Avery. The last day of warm weather was upon us for a week or so, so we took full advantage of the great outdoors...
Griffin is not crazy about the animals... He kept his two feet planted right where you see him and did not touch them or move in at all.
The Arboretum ~ April, 2008
Last year when we went to The Arboretum in April, Griffin had not mastered sitting up independently yet, hence me barely getting him to sit for a picture- I look back, and can not believe how fast time has gone- and how much he has changed!!! This year, I was barely able to get him to sit for a picture because he was WALKING everywhere!!!

what beautiful pics!! I have not been to the arboretum yet... will have to soon before the blooms die.
I really like that one you took with the curve of line you called that photo "the observer"- love that one!
